We will deliver Services to the Customer and make every effort to deliver within the timescales set out in the Specification Document. However, there might be delays due to an event outside our control. The time for service delivery specified is an estimate only. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and we shall not be liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the service.
We will ensure it has sufficient equipment and resources of the necessary quality and Health and Safety Standards to be able to carry out the services set out in the Specification Document in accordance with commonly accepted industry practices and standards.
A completion certificate will be issued at completion to certify that the delivered service has been carried out according to the specification document.
We will at all times ensure sufficient public liability and employer’s liability insurance is in place.
In the event, that customer is dissatisfied with our service, he could contact us immediately and in most cases we will be able to resolve the issue at the spot. In case he is still not satisfied the Customer has to send us a written complaint. all complaints must be registered in writing within 48 hours of the last clean. We will investigate and write back within 7 working days from receiving the complaint notice.
We may, in addition to our own employees, engage sub-contractors to provide all or part of the services being provided. Such engagement shall not relieve us from the obligations under this Agreement or any applicable Specification Document.
